Refund Policy
All items are final sale, and we do not provide returns for change of mind. We try to represent all products as accurately as possible on our site. If you have any questions or would like to know more details about a product before your purchase, please write to shopbisoui@gmail.com and we will respond within 1-3 working days.
If you receive any items that were damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at shopbisoui@gmail.com with the following information:
Subject: Refund for Damaged Items
1. Order Number
2. Customer Name
3. List of Damaged Items
Please attach photos of the damaged items, along with the original package shown with your shipping label.
We will respond within 1-3 working days.
For any eligible and approved refunds, we will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
